Former SEAL hotshot joins his scientist sister aboard a scientific research ship studying sharks. On board he uncovers a massive drug smuggling operation and while in a submersible he happens upon a long extinct ocean leviathan. He now struggles to stay alive above and below the sea.

SYNOPSIS:

Forced into an early retirement by a brain aneurysm, war hero and super-SEAL Brian "Fin" Finnegan decides to spend some time with his cancer researcher sister on a huge scientific research vessel that studies sharks and the reason why they don’t get cancer. His best friend’s father owns the vessel and the company performing the studies. While on board he stumbles upon a drug smuggling operation. He’s shot, falls overboard and is thought dead. He washes ashore off Miami and is nursed back to health by a couple of surfer dudes. One of the surfer’s sister is a hard nosed narcotics cop. Fearing for the lives of his sister and best friend’s father, Fin and the cop team up and uncover the surprising members of the drug cartel and eventually take them down with the help of Fin’s old SEAL team.
