SYNOPSIS:

The Brubakers drink hard, they play hard, they fight hard. Too bad they don’t get along. Maggie was a flash in the pan teenage country western sensation now in her thirties. She helps support her father and her eighteen-year-old nephew as a cocktail waitress in a Nashville honky-tonk. She decides to write again and her troublemaker nephew steals her song, improves it, and sells it claiming it for his own. He turns on the woman who took him in when his parents were killed. He gets himself into trouble and Maggie puts aside their differences and comes to his aid and the family finds love as well as success.
