SYNOPSIS:

OFFICER CHARLIE is a white police officer, who’s dating a black rich woman. She’s a lawyer and a daughter to the city’s mayor. He has to deal with a lot of gang violence at his job. One day, a teenager is killed in the streets and it intensifies a gang war going on. Charlie refuses to kill anyone, but his partner, OFFICER JIMMY feels differently. Jimmy goes undercover to talk to his brother, who’s an informant in a gang. After the teenager gets killed, the mayor’s nephew is framed for the murder since he was in a rival gang. However, Charlie and his girlfriend don’t think he is guilty, so they try to prove that something different happened. He also elopes with her away from her complicated family. Conflict between the rival gangs intensifies as one gang feels that the other gang killed the teenager, but KENNY AKA PRINCE RED, the gang leader tries to resolve everything. This conflict leads to massive massacres in the streets with a ton of gang members dead. We see that Jimmy is actually quite dirty in how he is involved with deals in the street and works for an Italian mob boss in the area. Charlie’s wife gets harassed presumably by Jimmy. Charlie finally gets evidence to expose Jimmy and Jimmy’s new partner for their dirty crimes, but the police chief and other higher ups are on the other side. He ends up losing everything as he tries to prove Jimmy and his partner is guilty.
