LOGLINE:

After a producer picks the 'lesser' of two screenplays to shoot, the self-important, aspirational screenwriter responsible for creating them concocts a plan to sabotage the production of his own first film.

SYNOPSIS:

Lewis Farraway is an aspiring screenwriter in his late 20s. After getting rejected by a plethora of different production companies he finally gets a call from Mr. Bupkis, a producer who wants to meet him. The meeting is a roaring success, with the producer liking the writer's work so much that he offers him his first paid job as a screenwriter. However, things go wrong when the producer rejects the script that was submitted to him and instead elects to have Lewis work on a film with better potential for commercial success. Distraught and betrayed by this decision, Lewis decides to continue getting paid and working on the project while simultaneously doing his best to sabotage the production without getting caught.
