Police Investigating a Serial Child killer are forced to participate in a mock trial by the city's criminal underworld, their lives rest on its outcome. 

SYNOPSIS:

As a Child Serial Killer terrorizes New York, the Police Commissioner orders a city wide manhunt for the perpetrator. Police Gauntlet stymies Criminal activities. Meanwhile, the detective in charge of the investigation, recruits a troubled cop, who once saved his life, to run a distraction. Things go terribly wrong as their pursuit brings them closer to the killer.
