SYNOPSIS:

Wendy, a devoted mother who has sacrificed her own dreams to prioritize her family’s well-being. Despite her outward contentment, Wendy harbors a deep sense of unfulfillment, a feeling that something crucial is missing form her life.

The story takes a sinister turn when Wendy is cursed by a demented elderly lady during a visit to her aging mother in a nursing home. This sets off a chain of events that will, over time, unravel her life and transform her into something hideous and unrecognizable… yet for Wendy, quite serendipitous.

As weeks pass, Wendy’s mental and physical health deteriorate rapidly. Her once nurturing demeanor gives way to erratic behavior and horrifying visions. Concerned for her well-being, her family takes her to a remote cabin by a lake in an attempt to help her cope.

However, isolation only exacerbates Wendy’s descent into darkness. She begins to lose control over her actions, posing a threat to everyone around her. Her family, who once relied on her strength, now grapple with the realization that Wendy is no longer the person they knew.

In a climactic scene of transformation, Wendy undergoes a metamorphosis, emerging as a fully realized vampiric entity. Her desires shift from selflessness to selfishness, as she embraces her newfound power and identity.

At the films conclusion, Wendy faces a pivotal choice: to indulge in her vampiric nature and preserve herself, or to resist and cling to her remaining shreds of humanity.
