According to MSS MI6 chatter, a dirty bomb has allegedly been smuggled aboard an unidentified container ship heading for God knows where. The scramble to find this dirty bomb takes the audience into MI6 and CIA headquarters, The White House Situation room and Oval Office, and Turner's own attempts to ascertain what is happening through his own sources.

Director Turner quickly appoints General Ward as special advisor, hires a Black Ops contractor to an international task force and the agency in the Langley – linked by all the latest advanced technology. As they quickly gather intelligence, Director Turner's team discovers that the container 'dirty bomb' is designed to throw everyone off the scent. An interrogation of a Maersk official reveals that the real dirty bomb is set to board a Malaysian commercial flight that will soon take off from Kula Lumpur bound for Beijing.

It seems that the terrorists have thought of everything with a team of on-board terrorist detonators masquerading as innocent travelers, but the real masterminds are far from the fray. The on-board terrorists are determined to detonate the device as the plane approaches Beijing –striking a huge blow at their own perceived rivals in the struggle for regional supremacy while making it seem that America and the West is at fault -- embroiling the USA and her allies into a regional war which they estimate that their faction will win. The civilian passengers are acceptable collateral to the plotters – and so are the millions of residents of sprawling Beijing.

Director Turner and his colleagues have only forty-eight hours to come up with some kind of solution. The frenetic, principled and cynical debate between technologists, military, security agencies and politicians of several countries – monitored by a group of Deep State Globalists provide the dramatic counterpoint to the fate of hostages and thousands of other innocent civilians.
