Logline: When a heartbroken Tom and cynical Lindy are fated together by a hand of blackjack, they'll question if true love is possible or is it an illusion while exploring the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas.

An anxious and good natured groom, Tom, waits for his happily ever after to arrive. But his world explodes, when a bridesmaid hands him a note signed with a smiley face. The heartbreak is palpable even weeks later when Tom is dragged to Las Vegas for a good time. This is where a chance meeting with Lindy may change his life.

Lindy is a jaded cocktail waitress at a local strip club. The money is good but she sees the depravity of male testosterone on full display everyday. This makes her ultra protective and wary of any man that may have genuine intentions.

Their night begins with a lucky deal of black jack. The cards tempting fate to join them together. But their fears and reservations allow the moment to drift away like the water from a mister that keep you cool in the desert. Only to be fated together again by their friends and party in a hotel room.

Lindy and Tom escape their friends to find comfort with each other. They will reveal deep secrets and travel through some of the most romantic places Las Vegas has to offer. They’ll question if it’s real or if it’s all a mirage. Can love really be found in one night?

The night concludes almost crashing to an end until Tom finds the nerve and fight he never had for his ex-fiancée. They’ll realize they bring out the best in each other but happily ever after still may not be possible without more nights like this one.
