A sequel to "Metamorphosis". 

For nine years the doctor and his family have been imprisoned in the biological institute. A strange request by the US government to host him for short period, leads to a flurry of events that lead the Doctor and his family to fight for their freedom.

SYNOPSIS:

Nine years have passed since Jacob and Rachel were imprisoned in the Biological Institute for protecting the public from "biological contamination" and mixing alien DNA in their blood. Jacob and Rachel live together with their three children in a house built for them in an isolated area of the biological institute. They are cut off from the outside world and only their son Tomer, who is studying at the Technion for a degree and inventing amazing technologies, gets to leave the Technion Institute. Yuval, their second son is a gifted musician and their little daughter Maya knows how to communicate with animals. At Rachel's birthday party, she discovers that Jacob plans to fly to the United States tonight, as a guest of the United States government.

Traveling with Malcolm, Jacob's American companion, they enter a secret base in the USA located under a mountain. The Americans suspect Professor Levy who they claim is connected to the distribution of a new drug in the drug markets in the United States.

The drug returns addicted people to the beneficiary, at the terrible price of tens of thousands of people who are injured and become "plants" and cannot be cured.

Jacob tries to find a way to cure them. He manages to bring a large part of the people back to life. Meanwhile at the Technion, Tomer and young Yael become friends and while they are eating at the university restaurant they kiss. At night Tomer is talking with his girlfriend Yael on the phone when she suddenly faints. Tomer turns to his mother Rachel in his distress. Tomer understands why they Imprisoned in the institute, isolated from the world. Tomer receives permission to visit the fainting Yael in the hospital.

Yaakov returns to Israel under a false identity, to test his suspicions about the institute and the H drug. Yaacov takes advantage of a feature given to him by the aliens that allows him to leave his body. He arrives at a building erected at the institute not far from their home, where they are tested every month, and blood samples are taken from them on a monthly basis.

Jacob discovers in the building laboratories where the drug H is produced. He finds out

that the blood of his family members is the basis for the production of that drug.

Yuval composes special music that will help Yael wake up.

Jacob, during his visit to the family home at the biological institute, reveals to his wife Rachel

his findings and asks her to send Tomer and Yuval to Dr. Israel. He is planning a rescue operation for the family. Professor Halevi accompanied by his guards takes over Jacob sleeping in the hotel. In a confrontation with him, Jacob confronts Professor Levy about the creation of the drug. Jacob the captive is taken from the hotel to the same building in the biological institute. His two children run away from the hospital to Dr. Israel in the morning. Rachel runs away from their home at night with their little girl towards the building they built for them inside the institute. They succeed to cross the locked gate. Rachel and Maya are trapped inside the animals laboratory . Professor Levy leaves them to stay on a freezing floor full of animal cages. Maya talks to the big monkeys in the cages. They release the cage doors and the animals stay until Professor Levy comes again. The animals threaten Professor Levy, who is busy persuading Rachel to surrender. The animals and Rachel lead Professor Levy to the place of Jacob's imprisonment and release him from his cage and put Professor Levy in his place. The animals, Rachel, Maya and Jacob leave the building and it is set on fire. Outside, the aliens who came to free them are waiting for them.

Jacob, Rachel and their daughter Maya, manage to escape from the biological institute with the help of a scooter. In the background, the building used for the production and distribution of the drug H is burning. Dawn breaks as the family members stand from afar and watch the burning building, free for the first time.
