SYNOPSIS:
In the heart of Kolkata, a house holds memories that transcend time. "Nirabadhi" explores the infinite bond between a Bengali mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law, who, from the day the young bride enters the home, share a relationship that blossoms beyond age, creating a family full of love and warmth. Their connection is not just familial but one of deep friendship, as they turn the house into a true home. However, this cherished bond becomes a bittersweet memory when, a decade later, her son returns to the now aging and empty house. The walls, once echoing with laughter and love, now stand silent, preserving the timeless emotions of the two women. As he walks through the rooms, he is engulfed by grief, forced to confront the reality that all that remains are memories. In a poignant decision, he chooses to sell the house, leaving behind a piece of his past with a "FOR SALE" sign. "Nirabadhi" is a journey through the everlasting memories and emotions that remain, even when everything else fades away.
