SYNOPSIS:

This story takes place in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ACT I - Takes place in 1996 Charlie and Johnny are estranged twin brothers, fraternal in nature, who were separated shortly after their birth. Adopted within weeks, Johnny was raised by another family, while Charlie grew up with their biological mother. At the age of 17, fate intervenes, and Charlie moves into Johnny's neighborhood. Unaware of their shared lineage, the two form a friendship that deepens over time. Their bond remains strong through high school, but after graduation, their paths starkly diverge—Charlie enlists in the Marine Corps, while Johnny begins working for Teddy Marchetti, the city’s most formidable mob boss. ACT II The year is now 2012, and Charlie serves as a police officer in Philadelphia's 15th District. During his off-duty hours, he dedicates himself to dispensing true justice outside the confines of the law, forming a vigilante team, each member bringing their unique skills to the table. Meanwhile, Johnny has risen to become the trusted right-hand man of his boss. During a high-speed police chase, Charlie ends up killing Bobby Marchetti, the sibling of Teddy Marchetti, which places Charlie and his entire family under a deadly green light. ACT III After Charlie's wife and kids are tragically gunned down in their sleep by their uncle Johnny—unaware at the time that they were his own family—Charlie embarks on a mission to dismantle Teddy’s crew. After succeeding, Charlie is betrayed and shot by his own brother. However, he survives and fakes his death, while Johnny rises to claim Teddy’s position as the most influential mob boss in the city.
