Ruben the Jackal, part time drummer, full time drunk, finds himself trapped in a time loop. He tries to escape but is constantly attacked by a deadly Comanche Chief Stands Alone. Something about this place is disturbingly familiar for Ruben. Strange messages force him to confront his drinking head on. But the more Ruben tries to escape this desert tomb, the more honest he must be about his addiction. Will he listen to the messages before Twilight or be killed…again?

Ruben the Jackal, part time drummer, full time drunk finds himself trapped in a time loop. He is doomed to relive life after drunken life; or steer himself away from the bottle and towards the only exit. His only ally is a wise bombastic rock star, Ray’Al who’s brutal honestly sees Ruben’s flaw easily, but not his own. As they attempt to cross the desert, Ruben’s thirst grows, pulling them both back to old habits. This brings the warden on, a deadly Comanche Chief, Stands Alone who scalps anyone pursuing their deepest flaw.

Ruben and Ray’Al’s only way out of this nightmare is an act of will. They must make the correct choices and not fall into the traps of temptation. Guided by insulting messages by an unknown author, Ruben must face himself and conquer his own denial or feel Stands Alone tomahawk against his scalp.
