SYNOPSIS:

CMDR Brad Roth U.S. Navy has been killing since the age of 16 and has killed 12 women over the years. When we pick up with CMDR Roth, he has killed 6 women in the city of Philadelphia and he has finally got his orders to go to combat. He has dreamed of this moment since he got in the Navy. Here is the chance to scratch his itch to kill and get a pass to do it courtesy of the U.S. Government. After being transferred to his new duty station to embark on Operation Nibiru, he begins killing again. Only this time, the victims are his fellow soldiers but the twist is the authorities aren't looking for him. In fact, once the U.S. Government finds out about the killings, they manipulate the media by feeding stories to the press hoping to further their own agenda, which if they succeed, will ultimately have disastrous consequences.
