SYNOPSIS:

Every man must pay for his deeds, as Anderson “Thorn” Thornton discovers in the prime of his privileged life. Thorn, the wealthy owner of a fabulous Los Angeles strip club, has good looks, charm, and an inexplicable dark side that captivates an innocent cock-tail waitress, Amber. After accidentally impregnating Amber, Thorn fears he’ll lose the freedom to enjoy his glamorous bachelor lifestyle. He ultimately kills her, and then suddenly decides to skip town and open a new strip club in Chicago. However, Thorn’s fate interferes with his perfect getaway plan when he crosses paths with a deadly Kansas tornado, which decapitates his head with a flying road sign. Mark Lyons, a laid-off Boeing engineer from Wichita, coincidentally acquires an expensive pair of sunglasses from his father-in-law, a construction worker who discovers Thorn’s sunglasses in a roadside ditch. Not realizing the flashy sunglasses are possessed with a killer’s restless spirit, Mark wears the glasses daily and become attached to them. Thorn’s spirit has unfinished business, so he forms an apparition and offers Mark a business proposal that he can’t refuse. Despite Mark’s failing marriage, he accepts Thorn’s offer and moves to Chicago. Mark doesn’t realize he’s becoming possessed with Thorn’s spirit, taking on Thorn’s personality and even conducting business in the same manner as Thorn did. Trouble lurks around every corner as Mark spirals into the dangerous world of suspicion, distrust and upheaval.
