SYNOPSIS:

Fresh out of Delta Force, Jeff Mackay is down on his luck. He owes $2 mil. to the Russian Mafia and his bar is sucking him dry. If he doesn't find the money soon, he's a dead man. From nowhere, a renegade female operative makes an offer that he cannot refuse. A hit on Al Qaeda's cell in South America, sanctioned and funded by the Agency.
