When a brilliant psychopath who wants to steal a highly secure "Cybervault" used exclusively by the world's 100 richest billionaires with the intent to throw the world's financial system into chaos sets off a series of bombs in Singapore, the Police Special Forces must match wits with the criminal to save the country from falling into his trap.

SYNOPSIS:

Police Superintendent Andy Wei of Singapore’s top elite force STAR (Special Tactics and Rescue) Unit, is training in the city of Chong Qing with their Police paramilitary team when he helps the Chong Qing Police apprehend a group of armed robbers, and becomes a hero across Asia.

Andy’s exploits are noticed on the news by brilliant but psychopathic criminal Simon. Simon calls and informs Andy that he has several bombs planted in Singapore.

After the first bomb explodes, Andy rushes back to Singapore. Andy and his STAR Team partner Brian, and his Commanding Officer Jon, play a game of cat and mouse with Simon to try to stop more disasters from happening in the once safe, peaceful country of Singapore.

But Simon has a devious plan that is even bigger than the bombings: to throw the entire globe into financial crisis, and become the world's richest person.

Simon makes Bonnie, a journalist for a small publication in Singapore, aware of the potential bombings. Bonnie doggedly tries to cover the story.

Meanwhile, Andy’s wife Lisa, a heart surgeon, prepares for emergency surgery on the visiting King of Kasi. The King is one of the members of “The 100”, a secret group of the world’s wealthiest people, who have a created a private, encrypted “dark web” that contains all of their financial information – all controlled by ”Cybervaults” each possess. In the wrong hands, the information in each CyberVault could create a global stock market meltdown. Simon knows that one cybervault is stored in a highly secured location in Singapore.

Simon keeps Andy and the STAR Unit rushing across Singapore as they try to outwit Simon before more lives are lost.
