SYNOPSIS:
Blake Winthrop, a spoiled rich kid from Tacoma, took the lives of two innocent people, while driving drunk. The case draws national attention after a psychologist testifies that the teen suffers from something called “Affluenza.” The beautiful and towering Mt Rainier provides the unwitting backdrop for this unforgettable accident. The story focuses on the ultra-posh and privileged in the enclave of Rockefeller Estates, home to high-powered executives and socialites, among them, the very wealthy Winthrop family. Moral of the story rich kids get away with almost everything.
