SYNOPSIS:

When another drug related crime claims the lives of three innocent children and activist Mark Seaton labels the murders “acts of terrorism” on national television he gains the attention of President John Todd. The President realizes the drug filled streets of the U.S. look eerily like a war torn 3rd world country, he decides troops are needed at home more than abroad and devises a strategic operation to eliminate drugs and those who deal.
