SYNOPSIS:

An uplifting film of mystery, magic, adventure and romance. A teenage English girl skater, incurably injured in an ice accident, becomes fascinated on a visit to Namibia, southwest Africa, by tales of the original Bushmen's 'healing dance', and the miracle-making qualities of their legendary 'hero' the tiny praying mantis insect. Her desperate lone journey into an unknown wilderness in search of a cure, based on nothing but hope, is both terrifying and inspiring.
