SYNOPSIS:

The year is 2020. The U.S infrastructure has been falling apart. Cities and towns are on a rapid decent while crime is on the rise. The new President has declared the the cities of New York, Florida, Chicago, and Texas build a wall around them to keep them a safe haven for many. The rest of the U.S. is becoming a wasteland. The President creates a special task force to try and keep some kind of order in the Wastelands.
