When a screenwriting book with a ten-thousand hour plan doesn't work for him, a pissed-off trucker travels to the author's home to get paid for time lost. 

SYNOPSIS:

TOM QUAKE a famous Hollywood screenwriter, writes books on screenplays. His book with a ten-thousand hour plan, DIG DEEP, is a best-seller.

PAPPI, an alcoholic trucker and wannabe writer, followed a book's ten-thousand hour plan and still can't sell his screenplay. Somebody's got to pay.

Pappi travels to Tom's house.
