Father and daughter monster hunters pursue a fugitive vampire to the New World, but when pirates plunder the ship ferrying her coffin, they unleash her blood-thirst on the Caribbean.
SYNOPSIS:
This story opens at the climax of a gothic vampire tale as monster hunters HANS VON ILLSBROOK and daughter ALANA close in on LADY SCARLET DRAGONUV in her secluded Romanian manor. However, the cunning creature has already planned escape as her coffin is loaded on a ship bound for the New World; where she can begin predatory life anew.
But, it never arrives.
ship is plundered by vicious buccaneer JEREMIAH FROST and his cutthroat crew. they have no idea what they've unleashed as Lady Scarlet awakens and wrests control of his ship.
Knowing the threat Scarlet poses, the hunters charter their own vessel to give chase - captained by former Navy officer CAPTAIN ROBERT ASH. As they pursue, Lady Scarlet gathers an army of pirates and undead and lays siege to hapless ships and colonies alike.
Hunters and the hunted are on a collision course to their final confrontation that will determine the Caribbean's fate.
