SYNOPSIS:
Sorry for this unusual step; I do have a special title. Titles are difficult to protect; identification/documentation/disclaimer is required for synopsis and title.

Hi -- thanks for the ratings! Actually, I do intend to disclose the title for the right party, under the right circumstances. From the legal point of view, titles cannot be protected directly, and to do so indirectly is difficult as well. Marketable high-concept titles COULD be as valuable as the screenplay itself, but they can be also just too revealing (think Snakes on the Plane). A high-concept title can be a double-edged sword: it can help or hinder both a possible deal and the success of the released movie (it did not work too well for S & P), so handling it carefully seems the right thing to do.
