SYNOPSIS:

The investigation of seemingly senseless massacre in a diner of a small city in upper New York State leads to the deaths or disgrace of every law enforcement member who is assigned the case. Nate Bradley, a washed-up, alcoholic detective nearing retirement is assigned to the case, Nate uncovers a conspiracy that endangers the entire nation.
