Escaping from captivity with a group of others, a young girl named Celes Goodman find an uninhabited world to start anew.

SYNOPSIS:

Celes and her mother, Zahra, were taken from their home in India and held captive aboard the Space Juggernaut known as Lainhardt Omega. As a young girl gifted with extraordinary power, Celes stages a coup that ultimately fails. The concequence was death by airlock ejection. What seemed liked a death sentence wasn't so after Celes' power protected herself and her co-conspirators from the vacuum of space. They see rescuing their fellow immates aboard the spaceship as a lost cause and find an uninhabited world in another dimension. The latter was a feat Celes extemporaneously conjured. Celes and the new leaders of this "Pocket Dimension" called this place PowerLand.

Everything seemed peaceful until Don Anomaly, a fellow Desiginer (as what PowerLand's environmental "shapers" were called) of this world started using his power to oppress the masses, mainly those who didn't have the gift of immortality and superpowers. This rift between him and the other Designers plunged PowerLand into its first dark age.
