In 1979, thirteen year-old Sam just wants to enjoy one last blissful summer before high school, but puberty has other plans for him.

SYNOPSIS:

Sam expects a wonderful summer just like any other: running in sprinklers, riding bikes, and enjoying the unrelenting sunshine with his neighborhood friends. It's the last summer of the seventies, and his last summer before high school -- things couldn't be better! Unfortunately, his body has started growing hair in unfortunate places, and strange urges have overtaken his common sense. The neighborhood girls, his lifelong friends, suddenly look different, enticing. And his best friend Clayton isn't helping the embarrassing transformation, introducing him to porn magazines and masturbation. Will Sam work his way through this terrifying maze of humiliating circumstances without embarrassing himself and his family name?
