I wanted to share something exciting with you that I have been building for a while now. It is a collaborative filmmaking platform, starting out of India and Singapore. It's called Filmwallas. It's very new and we launched the beta version in Jan 2017. Our advisors include some of the top names in Bollywood: Ace ditector-producer Prakash Jha, Award-winning filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor (who started the indie film scene in Bollywood) and veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi. ‘Filmwallas’ is the embodiment of a concept with the motto of ‘democratizing filmmaking’ by leveraging technology advancements including (not limited to) Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The premise behind ‘Filmwallas’ is to bring together and converge the entire eco-system of film making with the underlying objective of empowering the ‘dreamer’ in each one of us with the right resources and access.​
