An illegal organ donation of a deceased Arab child saves a Jewish child’s life. Now, an adult, he must flee Israel to escape the hot pursuit of the avenging family.

SYNOPSIS:

Israeli police began an investigation into the illegal trade of human organs, and comes to Adam Brik, young Jew who tries to find out the truth about the heart transplantation,that he had as a child. Adam asks his mother Sara, but since she is not telling him nothing, Adam decides to investigate on his own. At the same time, Adam's brother Ben, famous Formula 3 driver wants to marry Tara, an American journalist of Arab origin, but faces disapproval by Adam, who already finds himself in the center of the public attention, when it leaks into the media that his operation was illegal. Meanwhile this news comes to Taimyr, an Istanbul criminal, whose brother Salem died as a child in a car accident in Israel. Ben tries to divert attention of media from Adam by organizing a desert race, at the border with Jordan, open to all nations, but at the race also comes Taimyr, that has already discovered the truth about Adam.
