When two friends go backpacking through rural china, one of them suffers a debilitating bout of mental illness and is hospitalized. With no other english speakers around, our hero must continue his journey through China until he can cross the border and get help for his friend... only in his solo travels, he begins to experience the same delusions that plagued his friend.
