An attorney in LA meets the man of her dreams on holiday and becomes involved in an Underground Banking Heist. The Thomas Crown Affair meets The Counselor.

SYNOPSIS:

Callie climbed the ranks of a top Century City law Firm specializing in Pacific Rim deals. Her nights are alone as she stares across the city watching the world and life she naively thought her career would give her. Her boss, Victor Bracken is a player and has put together a scheme to cyber heist 30 billion dollars in an underground banking scheme through his high tech companies and with the help of a DOD insider and a Hong Kong Inside Trader.

Haunted by a recurring dream, she takes a week off to Abiquiu, New Mexico after reading about Georgia O'Keefe and meets Sam Stevens. Sam has a covert past. After a government sting at LAX, he decides it is his last one and goes off the grid working as a photographer in Abiquiu. Fate for both of them steps in as they fall in love and he returns with her to LA.

For Callie, life in LA is just beginning. For Sam, the past catches up when they are spotted by his former protege, Bobby Bobby wants to make a name for himself and sets a meet with Victor and Sam. As the deal is lined out, Sam realizes he is the only one who can program the heist and protect Callie's unwitting involvement. She doesn't know Sam's true background and she doesn't know Victor's scheme. Callie's innocence makes her the perfect pawn as the fall guy.

Sam reassembles his covert crew of military buddies and discovers Victor's inside DOD man is one of them. Douglas still has a chip on his shoulder from a terrorist bombing targeting the State Department at The Marriott in Indonesia and the LAX Sting Operation. The heist comes together and Callie wakes from her dream, finding Sam gone. Her lawyer side as she finds a scrap of paper in Sam's handwriting listing the firm's Pac-Rim companies and a location near Pendleton. Callie breaks into Victor's private files and discovers Sam's DOD covert background and that Victor has used her name on all of the deal contracts. Her world collapsing as she realizes no one is who they seem. Her life now in the world, not watching it.

Callie tracks the heist to a trawler in Oceanside to find Sam. Bobby is convinced Sam has rigged the deal and shoots him, turning the gun on Callie. Sam gives her the code and says "trust me" as he is dragged off the boat. Callie finishes the transfer, entering Sam's code. As Bobby celebrates, she grabs the gun and kills him. In Hong Kong, the Insider watches the transfer evert to 0 as Callie calls Victor telling him to rethink his retirement plan. She grabs Sam's gear bag and escapes in a dinghy as Douglas watches from the beaches at Pendleton with orders to kill everyone. She makes it to shore as Sam's second covert team stop Douglas and his Sniper. Retribution is a phone call away as The inditer has a Hit Man cut Victor's throat.

Callie disappears to Abiquiu. Another dusty day, as she waits, not knowing if Sam is alive or dead, a car pulls up and Sam gets out walking to her. Leaning down, he whispers as Callie lifts her head. She opens her eyes, the dream now matching the moment.
