SYNOPSIS:
Not since the Massacre at Wounded Knee in 1890, had the U.S. Calvary, and Native American Warriors engaged each other on the field of battle. But now, with race tensions still high, the 1912 CARLISLE INDIAN INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL football team featuring star QB Gus Welch, innovative Coach Glenn (POP) Warner and fresh off the sweep of the Summer Olympics in Stockholm, halfback, Jim Thorpe, brought the best offense in the nation. The West Point Cadet Cadets, proud of their number one ranking for defense in the nation, featuring Dwight D. Eisenhower, Omar Bradley and many other future Generals, were out for blood, and to lay claim to the coveted National Championship.
Polished screenplay is ready for review.
