Naomi and her partner are hunting a serial killer who has claimed her sister's life. Now she has fallen into his trap and must endure unimaginable horrors in order to bring him to justice.

SYNOPSIS:

With new breakthroughs in science, they can now permanently erase both short- and long-term memories. In a sense, the person is humanely removed from existence, leaving behind a shell in which to create a new productive citizen. Detectives Naomi and Mario have been following leads for months, trying to catch a serial killer known as Faces. One of their leads takes them to an abandoned apartment building. While waiting for backup, they hear a faint woman's scream and give caution to the wind as they enter the building, only to be caught in the serial killer's trap. After suffering unspeakable torture at the hands of Faces, Mario and Naomi manage to wound and capture him. It takes several months of healing and rehabilitation for the detectives to return to duty. Soon after Face's Court ordered the memory wipe procedure, the killings started again, leaving them with only one suspect, the new citizen.
