The behind the scenes real life of a 1970’s Italian American Philadelphia Crime family.  Any true Italian mobster knows the crack of the spoon from Nonna is far mightier than the crack of a baseball bat upside your head.

SYNOPSIS:

The Mobster’s Boss is a gangster comedy set in the 1970’s at the height of the Philadelphia Mob years. The story is narrated by the 16-year-old daughter of South Philly Mobster Angelo “The Fixer” Brunichelli. Angelo is ruthless in his work. He has no tolerance for disobedience in his organization. We quickly see there are two sides to Angelo’s life. The ruthless Mobster who everyone fears and the Family man who is afraid to ever be late for dinner.

Angelo is called “The Fixer.” Anyone who needs something fixed goes to him. His cousin who is abused kills her husband and comes to him to fix it, horseracing, money laundering, murder, whatever the fix! Angelo’s daughter has been oblivious her entire life as to what her father actually does for a living. Only after her boyfriend reveals what Angelo’s men did to his father does she realize she is a Mobster’s daughter. This causes her to confront her father. She is forced to come to grips with the reality of who he really is.
