Willie could have been a rock icon but supernatural, mythological creatures have other plans.
SYNOPSIS:
Willie was on the verge of becoming a major rock star in the late 1960's. Selling out every concert. His music on the lips of any who heard him play. It is the last concert of a long tour. He's hitting all the right notes in front of the top dogs in the music business. His lady-love surprises him with the ultimate news, he's going to be a daddy! Willie is sitting on top of the world.
Later that night, while driving home after giving a perfect concert, a woman in a speeding car, runs a stop sign. Bam! Fate steps in, strangles Willie's dreams for he is DUI, packing a pound of dope in the trunk of his car.
Forty years later, Willie is being laid-off from a low-paying job as an elementary school janitor. His lady love is now an old, bitter, paralyzed, abusive, wife. Willie wants to find out if he still has his past musical talent. But Willie isn't twenty-three anymore, he's sixty-three. Willie is a broken, old man who has been kicked in the teeth by life.
Today, jobs are hard to find, money is tight. Now Willie's only income, comes from renting his very secluded cabin on the weekends as a swinger's getaway. Hedonism pays his bills. The cabin is perfect for those that don't want their private vices in the public spotlight! Secluded. Very secluded!
The cabin has been in his family's possession for over a hundred years. The nearest neighbor is miles away. The woods are thick, dark places. Places where human beings shouldn't go, men that do, are never seen again.
For lurking in the thick, unpopulated woods behind Willie's cabin, are supernatural beings with other needs, passions and desires. Long before there were vampires, werewolves and zombies, there were other creatures that went bump in the night, that filled grown men with dread and fear.
I hope, Willie will take you someplace you have never been before with a cast of unusal characters, twists, turns with no slashers, no torture, no crazies, no hillbillies. This is something fresh and new.
After 40 years of cleaning up, caring after others, Willie just wants to find an audience that will really listen to his music, forever...
