a good friend died Tuesday Nov 1st. I had to make a choice...keep working or go to the funeral. A few years ago I would have chosen to keep working. But I understand life and the value of relationships...so I will be going to the funeral and rescheduling. In this business we got to keep a solid foundation.

Exerpt from my journal: "I never realized how much of a service I was to be an actor. How I truly served the playwrights and their character's voices. Its funny because I never knew why I wanted to be an actor when I was young, I just knew I did. I had no influence. You couldn't ask me who was my idol, or role model because I didn't have one. You couldn't name a famous actor or television show because I didn't watch tv much. But If you stood in front of me for long enough, I could almost read you and tell you a story (truth or false) about your life. My acting is about my love for people. My passion for the human condition through various connections. The joy I get on the stage is not to act...but to simply use my instrument to tell another human's story....because sometimes, those people never find a person who care enough to listen"
