An ambitious young man from Chicago moves to a small town in deep south Georgia to claim his inheritance as the only living relative of the town’s founder and most prominent businessman. Only to find out that the town is broke and the businesses are all in bankruptcy of foreclosure and towns folk want to know what he plans to do about it - since it's now his town.
