Great concept Victor! I would suggest adding an adjective or two to your protagonists just to give them a bit if extra character/agency, and perhaps elaborate on the nature of their fears? For example:

'Waking up trapped in a motel room with no memory of how they got there, a desperate man and woman are forced to relive their deepest fears when they discover time is mysteriously moving backwards.'
