SYNOPSIS:

Mocking birds is a portrait of teenage life in the age of social media. After the suicide of Jane, the students riot, destroying the school. Told backwards, over the past week before Jane’s suicide, the cause is revealed through the perspective of Zoe, Christy, John, Sean and Josh. A reflection of teenage life in an age when everything is expressed, processed, commented on and recorded, to be consumed as entertainment via technology.
