Two retail clerks stuck in dead end jobs must save their town after a hoard of demonic creatures enslaved to work inside the same store is released.

SYNOPSIS:

When high-strung and anxiety-prone BEN (20s) flunks out of a career making internship he is forced to move back in with parents and find temporary work as a minimum wage sales clerk at the local mega store. With his high school friend CHUCK (20s) at his side, Ben gets a crash course in surviving the daily grind from disgruntled employees (BETHANY, 30s) to customers that treat dog shit with more respect.

But as Ben and Chuck sort out their futures and navigate the daily gauntlet of rude customers, disgruntled employees, and moronic supervisors, the store hides a deeper secret. Much like the mythical story of the shoe maker and the elves, the store owner commands an entire army of magical imps forced to restock and repair the store each night. And these creatures are no Smurfs; they are smart, they are vicious, and they are down-right evil. But when the imps break loose, Ben and Chuck must enlist the help of LILLY (20s) whose family are notorious Doomsday Preparers. The group pilfers her father’s firearms cache, lure the imps back into the store, and blow everything to kingdom come.
