Hi everyone, I want to ask if any of you have some suggestions to make the best possible upres of a Betacam SP 30 fps interlaced tape to HD 1080p. I have the chance to release an old film originally shot in Super 16. Many thanks.

So an editor I'm working w/ prepared some 1080 ProRes files for a distrib. The distrib wants a USB external drive formatted for both PC and mac.... Of course, I get the drive and of course it works on neither.... But of course it works on his system....

Because he didn't format to exFAT, correct????

Hey guys, I like to make videos on my free time and I've only really familiarized and utilized the "iMovie" program on my macbook. Any other free and easy to learn video editing programs you guys would suggest? What are some programs people use in the industry that I should start learning and looking into? Thanks in advance for any advice!
