SYNOPSIS:

Eugene Krabs must confront the man who taught him everything he knows about being cheap; a mysterious crab named "El Cheapo", who blows into town with pockets full of tacos and a heart filled with vengeance. In order to save his business and defeat his rival, Mr. Krabs must confront El Cheapo in one of the most grueling contests in the deep blue sea: a "cheap-off". The game is rough, the rules are few and the loser must leave town! Will Krabs be defeated, or will he win the War of the Cheapskates?
