This cartoon series follows Izzie Dizzie, a young inventor who discovers a way to travel between different realities using bubbles. Joined on her explorations by her goony brother, she meets a wild and crazy collection of characters, while trying to avoid an evil Professor who wants to use the bubble technology for himself.
