Composers, do you want to work with the best people representing your works? Of course you do! Here is a list of Production Music Libraries that are PMA members (pmamusic.com). Why is that important? Because not just anyone can join the PMA. There are requirements for membership. Don't compose for Royalty Free libraries who pay you "Chipotle money" (a term I overheard that made me laugh). They make millions of dollars off of your music with little to no return for you (comparatively). Did you know that 70% or more of all the music you hear on TV comes from these PMA libraries? It is becoming a very profitable way to work and PMLs have redefined themselves as highly competitive "agents" for your music and the production values are incredible so present your very best.
