I am currently working on a project in which all the audio material is delivered from Mexico to Los Angeles through a cloud without compression, and returns mixed ready for mastering. What do you think of that?

I have done a lot of projects like that and as long as you have a good relationship with the person/s on the other side it works great.

Why is that important? Because not just anyone can join the PMA. There are requirements for membership. Don't compose for Royalty Free libraries who pay you "Chipotle money" (a term I overheard that made me laugh). They make millions of dollars off of your music with little to no return for you (comparatively). Did you know that 70% or more of all the music you hear on TV comes from these PMA libraries? It is becoming a very profitable way to work and PMLs have redefined themselves as highly competitive "agents" for your music and the production values are incredible so present your very best. Research (research, research, research!!) what they do and, again, where your best fit is and put your music out into the world and move your career forward. http://pmamusic.com/member-libraries/
Haha, Brandi! True!
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks

In México few composers and musicians receive royalties and there is no many options to work with in tv, I have a great job (music for soap opera), but It´s difficult to compete with cheaper music when producers are not interested in quality... ... and I realy want to continue somewhere else, without losing the spirit!

This is a network for you, built by you. Like most things in life, the more you participate, the greater the rewards. We ask all new members to pay it forward by inviting 5 fellow creatives to the network and by spreading the word of Stage 32 through other social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The more creatives, the stronger the network. The stronger the network, the more opportunities.
Thanks for joining the movement and for being a part of this most talented and inspiring community. I very much look forward to your contributions.
Thanks, and have a creative day!
RB
