SYNOPSIS:

32 yr old Lucie Alexander, raised in a junkyard has a way of using what’s around her to make things happen. She becomes obsessed buying the shiny new house built on a greenbelt the same spot as her childhood home run over by junkyard workers. Her final act in finding her own version of ‘normal’ but when a handsome Brit from Boring, Oregon buys it out from under her Lucie will do anything to chase him out. The biggest surprise of all is that her ‘new normal’ is more about the love they find together than having the house.
