An aviation mechanic, who lost his wife & unborn son to a terrorist bomb, regains consciousness on a hijacked 777 only to discover all the other passengers in the cabin are dead. Why not him? He hides in horror as the jet is gutted and a dirty bomb is about to be stowed onboard. 

SYNOPSIS:

I’m Michael Gossette and I’ve written an action/thriller called Reign of Terror.” Reign” is a Die Hard on a jumbo jet meets Lethal Weapon feature. The movie starts with our hero DOMINIC REIGN on flight #218 after proposing marriage to his new love Risa in Manila. Everything is normal until it’s not. Dom passes out and awakes to find the jet landing on a dirt runway on a jungle island. With the help of a Syrian slave on the island, he escapes into the jungle where he plots his next move. The Syrian informs Dom the dirty bomb being loaded on the jet is headed for the G 20 Summit in San Francisco. Dom lives and works in San Francisco with his new fiancée, Risa, a jumbo jet captain, stationed at the SF airport. It’s time to get back on the 777. The terrorists are flying the jihad jet and west coast American F-15s are poised to blow them out of the sky. With time running out, Dominic has no choice but to go down in a blaze of glory. He starts by luring the pilot out of the flight deck by starting a small fire and kills him knowing full well that now the jet is pilotless. Next, he defuses the dirty bomb with the help from the U.S. Feds in contact with him. Then he is attacked by the co-pilot who is hiding on board. The co-pilot wounds the Syrian before Dom takes her out. His new fiancee’, Risa, convinces a doubting Dom to try and land the jet with her expert guidance. Just as he's ready to man the controls, the jet runs out of fuel. He is forced under his fiancee’s direction to do a "Sully" under the Golden Gate Bridge, coming to rest at the edge of Alcatraz Island. He and Risa decide to get married quickly. She suggests they fly to Vegas. He convinces her it would be best if they "drove" to Reno to tie the knot.
