SYNOPSIS:
In his quest to fit in and make friends, an extremely insecure and lonely two-tailed pig named JEFFERSON ventures far from home, only to find his is a journey of self-acceptance, tolerance and love. JEFFERSON THE PIG resides in the land called Mudville where everything and everyone is perfect. The constant pressure to conform combined with the merciless teasing make Jefferson believe he’s a freak of nature, unworthy of love. However discovering his ability to fly forever changes JEFFERSON THE PIG’S life. CROW, a bright blue British crow narrates the animated musical adventures. He owns a huge collection of magical glasses that allow him to “sees the situation mate, and it’s brilliant!” One of many charismatic characters is a super cool fish that travels to the beat of a different drum. PETE THE SKYDIVING FISH has human arms and legs attached to his fish body. He’s a jive talking beat poet complete with parachute and beret. His parachute is a key element in “Operation Cloud Catcher”. Another is CATHERINE THE OPERATIC LLAMA. A drama queen, who sings nonsensical opera, always wears a tutu with long mismatched opera gloves. She’s food obsessed preferring “peanut butter and jell. Jell, jell, jell, jell” over just about anything ... except the spotlight! In the end JEFFERSON THE PIG and friends are recognized for their unique contributions (renamed by the media “The Mudville Thirteen”) and honored with an enormous parade and party called “The Celebration of the Tails”. As the story builds so do the cast of characters. The animals, humans, flowers, plants and bugs are new, fresh, rich and full of humor. Each teach timeless life lessons and have the capacity to stand on their own for continuous story lines, making this a highly marketable franchise. THE ADVENTURES OF JEFFERSON THE PIG is an eccentric, classic in content, timeless tale for all ages.
