SYNOPSIS:

BLACK FOREST is an action adventure. An archaeology expedition in search of a lost Native American village, are pursued by an unknown creature. Predator meets Deliverance. A group of college archaeology students, let by their professor, Klyde Winthrope follow a map handed down several generations by a gold miner. It speaks of a previously unrecorded Indian tribe, that would travel into town to buy supplies with vast amounts of gold. They were followed back into the forest by two miners, who were never seen again. Their map was found, however, and bought in an estate sale by Professor Winthrope, who has planned the expedition. The archaeologists hope this will be a great discovery for the museum, both in new local Indian history, and in wealth, if they find the Indians gold mine. They find the Indian village, and the gold, and upon excavating the village, find that the entire village was wiped out by some mysterious creature. What they soon find out however, is that they now are being hunted by the same creature. What began as a scientific journey, has become a struggle to escape the forest alive.
