I like it. One thing - all of this: "After failing to thwart a jewelry heist, two disgraced former mall security guards, Hector and Jake, take on new jobs through a mysterious temp agency and suddenly find themselves working for an evil corporation hell bent on world destruction." I would keep as the logline. The rest can go in the synopsis. Aside from that, I have a good sense of the story.
