Clear and succinct. As a mentor once said: the AD's main commodity is time, whereas the production manager's is money. Be aware, however, that in non-English speaking countries AD responsibilities may well be differently and/or less clearly defined (although with streamers shooting globally that is gradually changing). And in Britain, for example, the 2nd 2nd can be retitled 3rd.
