SYNOPSIS:

After years of rejection and monotony, writer Dereck Fickle's life begins to turn around. After killing a thief at the gas station where he works, the publishing company who has turned him down several times wants him to write his heroic story. As success seems to be on the horizon, Dereck begins seeing the man he killed and engages in conversation with this hallucination.
